Looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom in our house in Thornton starting August 1st. Rent is $1,100/month + utilities (negotiable for the right fit).

This is a private master suite with plenty of space and great storage, including:

-Bedroom: 18'11" x 12'7"
-Private bathroom: 6'10" x 5'6"
-Large walk-in closet: 7'8" x 10'1"

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The home also includes:

Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms
In-unit washer and dryer
Backyard
Covered garage parking
Additional storage space

You’d be living with 3 other roommates, including me. We’re looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who would be a good fit for the house.

Lease term: Ideally 1 year, but I’m flexible and happy to discuss other arrangements.
