Excellent top floor, corner apartment bedroom

Renewed my apartment lease for another year. Looking for a roommate to share. Your own bedroom and bath, not furnished. Rest of the apartment is furnished. Shared living room, dining area and kitchen. Washer / dryer in unit.

I currently am using the extra bedroom as I work from home but will move out of it upon renting the room.

I also have 2 cats who are older so not very active. There’s a nice patio as well. I’m on the top floor (3rd). Just stairs, no elevator. Corner apartment.

I’m a fairly quiet person so looking for someone who is also quiet. I’d be great if we get along enough to hang out and do activities with but not a requirement.

There is free parking spots on the property and a gym available as well as a pool.
