Your space is a recently renovated basement suite. It’s a one bedroom with en-suite bath, and semi private sitting room with direct access through the back door/stairs.

There is a laundry room that we share (access through your sitting room.) You also have a private, apartment sized fridge. At the top of the stairs, on the main floor is a kitchen that we can share, (unless you prefer bringing in a hotplate & microwave, which a previous housemate did.)

I live on the main floor with Romeo and Luna, (pictured). I am older and live quietly. This house is lgbtq friendly. No smoking, no drugs, no parties. (Respectful friends always welcome.)

My space is 745sf which includes the kitchen. Yours is a little less as it includes the furnace/storage room, and the shared laundry which has the same footprint as the kitchen.

This is a quiet dead end street with good neighbors who have been here 20-50 years. It has a larger yard where I provide for a group of neighborhood stray & feral cats. (Needless to say, no additional pets please.)

10 minutes to Rino, City Park, Central Park. Easy access to DIA and all highways (70/270/36, 225/25) walking distance to trails and bike paths at Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge and games at Dicks Sporting Goods Park. Close to Northfield shopping. Sprouts, Natural Grocers and King Soopers, Walmart and Sam’s all close by for easy access for groceries with Costco in GVR not much further.
Landlords are great. They do require an application ($35 fee.) available May 1. (Lease is up Aug. 1. I am staying another year, you can re-up or not at that time.)
