Extra garage storage and a squat rack/workout area

About the living situation:
Rent is $1,100 total per roommate
Two downstairs rooms available—one queen sized bed and nightstand available if needed
Pet friendly household—I have an eight year old dog who gets along with other animals and humans
Open to people of all ages and genders
Ideally looking for roommates who are open to being friendly and getting to know each other over time, while also respecting personal space
Not a big party house but love having people over—looking for people who are respectful of common areas, generally clean, and considerate
The house layout makes it easy to have your own space when you want it, but still feel comfortable sharing a home.
