We are seeking a drama-free, considerate human in a similar age range who also loves animals. Due to having two dogs already, we would only consider a well-behaved dog under 25lbs. No cats, unfortunately.

We are a mixed-gender, left-leaning household of three 30-somethings seeking a new addition to our lovely home in North Denver. We work in local government, social work, and nonprofit finance (hybrid and work-from-home), and enjoy going to concerts, traveling, playing Beat Saber on VR, doing projects, the occasional beer, and camping on the weekends. We are introverted but friendly and enjoy each other's company while also enjoying alone time. We keep the common areas of the home relatively clean and organized although there is the occasional tuft of hair from our 75lb Malamute, toy left out by the 25lb Boston Terrier mix, or soil from the houseplant-obsessed homeowner-roommate.

The property itself is a 1,950 sq ft single-family home in the Welby neighborhood of Adams County (15 minutes from downtown Denver). The house is equipped with central AC, fiber optic internet, solar energy, a small fenced backyard, gas fireplace, a garden, a Little Free Library, a "SheShed," shed-shed, two-car garage, and a hot tub. There is a beautiful park and pond over the fence of the backyard, where neighbors walk, run, fish, play soccer/volleyball, slackline, and hammock.
