1 Room/Bath & Most of Basement!!

Details about the space:
-Unfurnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom in the basement of my 4 bed/2.5 bath condo in Thornton
-Condo is about 2,500 sq. feet total and the basement is about 1,100 sq. feet, which you’ll have mostly to yourself (including the furnished entertainment area, office area and exercise area). Tons of storage space available
-Shared washer/dryer
-There is a heated pool that is open during summer months and is just up the street (within walking distance)
-I do claim dibs to the garage but usually only use it when it snows. Outside of that, you would be welcome to park there or use the free street parking (which is right out front of the condo)

Details about the cost:
-$1,000 per month (month to month w/longer leases available after 3 month trial)
-$1,000 deposit. $65 application fee so that I can run a background check (will only collect when I run the background check)
-All utilities are included (water, electric, gas, HOA fees, trash and internet)
-BONUS perks: Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Plex and Prime Video PLUS Sam’s Club Membership

Details about your cohabitants:
-I’m a 38 year old female and am LGBTQ+ Friendly
-I also have 3 kids who are with me 50% of the time
-I have a 3 year old shepherd/husky mix. He does shed but I'm very on top of cleaning
-We do our best to stay quiet and be respectful of noise levels but 3 kids and a dog does include some noise at times
-I am super clean and I value having a tidy space, so you’ll find that the shared spaces are usually picked up at all times. As long as you rinse your dishes and put them in the sink, we’ll take care of the loading/unloading of the dishwasher!

Details about you:
-No Cats/Dogs (sorry but we have severe cat allergies and have determined that 2 dogs in the space is just too much)
-No smoking anywhere inside (vape included), but outside smoking is fine (including ***)
-Room is available to all ages/genders (as long as you pass the background check)
