Welcome to our home! We are seeking a responsible and clean roommate to share our well-maintained house.

We're offering a furnished bedroom for rent. The room is available now, and you can move in at your earliest convenience.

Here's what you can look forward to:

💵 **Rent & Deposit**: The monthly rent is $700 + utilities, with a security deposit of $700 due at lease signing.

🔌 **Utilities**: Utilities typically costs about $150/month. This includes water, electric, gas, Internet, home security, and HOA. The HOA takes care of other things like trash, and there is also a community swimming pool.

🛏️ **The Room**: The room is currently furnished with a full size bed with a bedframe, a dresser and a desk. Sheets are also provided, along with a couple things the previous roommate left behind.

👥 **Shared Spaces**: Bathroom is shared with one other person. Also, enjoy shared use of the kitchen, living room, and the in-unit washer and dryer.

🚗 **Location & Transport**: The house is located very close to both highways, I-25 and US-36. Several parks and King Soopers are also very close nearby. In addition, the room comes with a covered parking space at no additional charge.

🐾 **Pet Policy**: Pets are possible, but would come with an increased cost and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
