The bathroom is across the hall and would be shared with potentially two other guests/roommates once they are rented out.
You will have access the a full kitchen, with space in pantry and fridge for your food. Access to patio, dining room, and living room and a partial bathroom on first level.
Utilities include WiFi, heating/air conditioning, and water. Parking would be on street but it’s a quiet neighborhood and not on a main road.

Disclosure: There are 3 dogs and two cats in the property. There is no expectation for the roommate to care for them but they do live here.
