I'm a landlord that lives in the house with my .yr old. I technically have two open bedrooms available. One bedroom, I've been using as an airbnb but I'd rather have a more permanent roommate. I don't mind renting out both for the right fit. The price for both rooms can be negotiable. Both rooms are furnished but willing to take one of the beds out if needed.

You'd have your own bathroom.

There is a community center with a gym and pool access (pool in the summer time).

All utilities included except for gas, water and electric.
