Shared spaces include the main-floor kitchen and great room, upstairs laundry, an office (as needed), and a backyard patio with grill(s)—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The main-floor bathroom may be used occasionally by guests since it’s the most accessible.

Located less than 6 miles from Denver International Airport, you’re about 15 minutes from your next flight. The area is growing quickly with new shopping and dining options, plus easy access to E-470 and I-70 (just 8 minutes away).

You’ll be living with a daughter and her two moms. The basement is their private space. The daughter works often and is usually out, so the home tends to be fairly quiet.

We’re also a dog-loving household with three small pups—a 12-year-old chihuahua (Monroe), a playful 2-year-old teacup yorkie (Clove), and a lively 1.5-year-old (Olive). They’re all friendly, well cared for, and typically stay close to their owners.
