Information about the rooms. Room #1 is a furnished bedroom and room #2 is an unfurnished spare room that can be used for office/work remote space. Tenant will have their own bathroom. There is also a shared loft between the owner's suite and the 2 rooms and bathroom.
Main floor consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen is a shared space. Utilities are split 3 ways. There will be 3 people living in the house. The owner, and the persons renting the rooms mentioned in this post.
The house is in a new development with some construction still going on. Most construction around the house is completed so noise is at a minimum.
The current occupants are gay. As this is a new house cleanliness is a MUST.
