Nicely furnished room for rent w/ private bath.

I'm a 40 year old male. I'm a chef but on mental disability leave right now. I have a cat. I'm fine with male, female, or other. LGBT is fine, I'm bi. I had the room rented and they backed out right before signing the lease. Move in is May 1st and 1st month and deposit are due up front. You will be on the lease. The room is fully furnished with bed with storage headboard, dresser, tv, lamps, and rug. Bathroom is fully stocked. The only thing you need to buy is toilet paper. I will cover all household supplies like dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. You have full use of living room and kitchen. I have a very comfy reclining couch. I have lots of kitchen gadgets like a steam oven air fryer combo, an app controlled multi cooker, and a pizza oven. You will have access to lots of kitchen storage space that you can use for whatever you like. I keep the freezer pretty full but I have a mini fridge and freezer as well. I'm also buying a 3.2 sqft freezer soon. Washer and dryer in unit, brand new Samsung models. I'm on the 4th floor but there are elevators. There's parking and a bike room. Parking is only $10/month. I have gig Internet with Disney, Hulu, hbomax, Netflix, Apple tv, peacock, and Xfinity stream. I keep it between 71-74 degrees. There's all kinds of amenities like a pool, mini golf, indoor and outdoor gyms, bowling lane, and it's gated. I have a computer, tablet, and printer you may use. I'm a really quiet person. I have Bluetooth headsets for all the TVs. I don't like loud tv or music, I prefer for everyone to use headphones or keep the volume low. I would prefer someone who goes out instead of having lots of people over. It's a small apt and I have social anxiety disorder. One or two people, bf/gf, occasionally coming over is fine though. If your significant other starts spending more than 50% of their time here rent will go up though lol. I'm a chef and prone to over cooking and sharing my food.
