Welcome to our peaceful home! We have two private, west-facing rooms available that are perfect for those who love natural afternoon light. Both rooms feature cozy carpeting and built-in closets, offering a quiet retreat within a shared household.

You will have full access to our communal living areas, including:

Bathroom: Shared, well-maintained full bathroom.
Living Room: A comfortable space to relax and unwind.
Laundry: There is a shared laundry in the basement.

The Household & Pets
We are a "partial empty nester" family, meaning the home is generally quiet but has a warm, lived-in feel. We are a pet-loving household with multiple resident pets. If you have a furry friend of your own, let’s chat! We are open to considering additional pets who are compatible with our current residents.

Location & Parking
Parking: Convenient and free street parking is available directly outside the home.
Neighborhood: Quiet residential street near local parks and transit.

Rental Details (2026)
Rent: $800 per month (Utilities [Included up to 200).
