I have a very beautiful 5 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom property by Shadow Ln & Charleston that I purchased recently. I am traveling on business most of the time and want to find good people to rent the empty rooms.

I am looking for a responsible tenant to rent the room and to look after the property when I am not present.

The Security Deposit is 500. the minimum lease is 3 months with the option to extend to 6 or 12 if everybody is happy after the first 3.

- No Smoking inside
- No Heavy Drinkers
- Absolutely No Drugs

(Pets allowed on a case by case basis with additional deposit and monthly fee)

The requirements to move-in are 1 month's rent + security deposit
