Bedrooms Available!!! plus private bedrooms if you pay a higher rent cost. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, office area, & we do provide free food such as meats, breads, juices, desserts, etc each week with our partnerships throughout the Las Vegas area. All utilities are included (wifi, gas, power, water) We do not mind if you have pets ..but there are currently no pets but we can try and work something out if need be. $650 monthly and/or $325 every 2wks.

We do give incentives such as $50 to $200 off of the rent if you are willing to do chores around the house, groundskeeping, cooking, or maintenance if needed.
We do work with tenants that receive social security, retirement, unemployment, and/ or cash in hand. We are also willing to work out payment plans.
There are tenants that are willing to carpool but we are 5 min. from the bus line, stores &
Justice Myron E. Leavitt & Jaycee Community Park. (Which has a skate park, games, a dog park, & water activities.

We do allow tenants to have guest up to 48 hrs.
