Our clean and comfortable home is in an upscale and quiet area of Northwest Las Vegas in close proximity to gyms, shopping, restaurants, parks and much more. One story with a three-car garage. Hardwood laminate flooring throughout. We have a pool and spa in the backyard that you are welcome to use. We have a privacy wall around the pool area. This large bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a very comfortable, king-size bed, a large dresser with lots of drawers, a 2 drawer nightstand with a lamp, and a full-length mirror that hangs on the closet door. The closet is a walk-in so there is plenty of storage space for clothing and other items. There is also a TV mounted on the wall with cable.
We are looking for someone that is clean, laid back, easy-going and a non-smoker with no pets.
We are a laid back, easy-going, happily married couple originally from North Carolina and have been married for 33 years. We are living in a fairly large, 3 bedroom home and now that our kids are grown, they no longer live here.
My husband works in the home improvement industry and I work from home as a Scheduling Agent.
