Rooms in enormous new home close to campus!

Enormous new home in need of roommates! Sheldon looking for his Leonard.

Hello potential cohabitants! I am a new graduate student at Penn State in need of fellow cohabitants to help pay off the ginormous new property taxes I have as my bounty. The house, which is very large and very beautiful, is only 0.7 miles from campus.

The amenities are numerous:
- There will be separate living and entertainment rooms (about 700 sqft each).
- A Television and PS4 will be provided for use by all (because Xbox sux balz).
- There is a wet bar for those mixologically inclined.
- The house is located in the [real estate buzzword] and [more real estate buzzword] neighborhood of College Heights, on a bike path for easy, safe, and rapid commuting to campus.
- The house is 3.5 thousand square feet and will be too lonely for me without fellow cohabitants.
- There will be a separate communal office space for studying and printer use.
- A separate guest room will be maintained for occasional free use by any friends or family members you might have visiting.
- Off-street parking for automobiles is available at no extra cost.
- I just came out of renting a place of my own, so I am guaranteed to be the least evil landlord possible.
- Unlike some other landlords I?ve met, I allow parties and friends over so long as all activities are coordinated to be respectful to our neighbors and other cohabitants, and so long as municipal fire ordinances are adhered to.

I am open to cohabitants of any gender identity. So long as you are academically oriented, courteous/professional, and abstain from reckless, inadvisable, or unconscionable behavior (including but not limited to assault, use of drugs, or irresponsible use of intoxicants), there should be no immanent concerns of compatibility.

The cohabitation situation follows thusly:
- Monthly rent will be $1100, which is all inclusive (I'm against dinging you on utilities).
- Two rooms will be offered for rent, one furnished, the other not. They both share a bathroom, but there are other showers in the house available for use (not including the master bathroom).
- Initiation of cohabitation is desired to be between August 10th and 20th.
- Patience is appreciated while I furnish up the place, but I expect to have a fully running and operational house by Halloween.
- Feel free to drop me a line, and we can set up a skype interview.

Miscellaneous notices:

I am actually spending the summer away, so I can?t actually take pictures of the house, myself. The photos presented here are representative ones ripped from its Zillow page. The house looks the same, the furnishings will not be.

My personality is best described as not too dissimilar from that of Sheldon, from the Big Bang Theory. Be ye warned.
