Rooms for Rent in Clean, Quiet SE Woodland Home – Utilities Included

We’re looking for a respectful roommate (or couple) to rent one of two bedrooms available in our 2,800 sq ft home in a newer SE Woodland development. The house is 6 years old, sits on a fenced 1/3-acre lot, and has plenty of shared space.

Available are:

Large bedroom (~11’ x 12’, south-facing window)

Smaller bedroom (~10’ x 11’, west-facing window)

Both rooms have good closets and come furnished with queen beds, dressers, nightstands, and desks (furniture can be removed). Rooms share a bathroom.

All utilities, DirecTV, and internet are included. Shared amenities include a yard, grill, fire pit, jacuzzi, and small pool. Bathrooms are professionally cleaned every other week, and landscaping is done weekly. The home also has a whole-house generator, so power stays on during outages.

We’re a quiet household — I’m an engineer working from home, and my wife is a retired hospice nurse. We have four older cats who are calm and mostly stay with my wife. Quiet neighborhood. Couples OK.
