Luxury Apt - Room, Private Bath & Parking

I’m Ladrena (She/Her). I have a 2-Br 2-Ba luxury apt, with 1-Br 1-Ba available to rent in Southport, West Sac, near The Nugget. There is in-unit washer/dryer, wifi, and on-site parking. There is a full bed available but it can be removed.

I’m on the 4th floor. So, no upstairs neighbors, which is something I look for in any apt. I rent. The apartment comes with access to all onsite amenities, including a pool, that is allegedly heated, hot tub, gym, that is actually pretty nice and up to date, a co-working space, a community/recc. room and mailroom. Uncovered onsite parking is free, if you’d like to have covered parking, I can request a spot, which will cost about $30/month.

My roommate's expectations are rent paid timely, good communication, respecting my property in the apt, and keeping common areas clean. My preference is no pets. Absolutely no cats or
dogs shed due to my allergies. I’m okay with guests occasionally but no unattended guests, couch-surfers or hobo-sexuals lol. I’m 420 friendly. However, I don’t smoke in my apartment and smoking is prohibited on grounds. There is a nice walking trail behind the apartment…Do with that what you will.
I am looking for a roommate that is 25+
, preferably a woman, but exceptions may be made depending on circumstance. I’ve posted some pictures. If you have questions or are interested in renting, let me know.

Deposit: $250
Rent: $1200 per month plus 1/2 PGE
Term: Month to Month, up to lease end.
*Lease expires in October 2026, if we work out well, the room may be available until then.
