I'm looking for a full-time employed dog-loving chill person to share my house with.

House is located in the quiet Southport suburb of west sac near linden park.
You'll be sharing the house with me a 30 something state worker who spends a lot of time at home and my husky mix.
The room is more like a studio. It's really large with a private exit to the yard and a private bathroom. It's 1000 for the room and then half the utilities that could be anywhere between 200-300 each (Internet, gas, electric water,) depending on what we decide to set the HVAC.
The house is on 1/3 of acre and there's a large backyard and a make shift gym and washer and dryer in the garage - I'm happy to share the common areas as long as you have good communication. Plenty of space to share the kitchen.
