It's just myself and my college student son living here. We have 1 small dog & two cats. Looking for pet friendly person. The pets will not be allowed in your room. We respect everyone's privacy and space. We keep the home very clean. Looking for either working professional or student to rent the room. All utilities and wifi included. We just ask no frequent guests over or overnight guests unless with prior approval. We like to keep our home and space safe for everyone. I work nights and swing shift Mon-Fri at a hotel. My son is in school. We both pretty much stay to ourselves. My son is in his room mostly when home. I have a small room walled off in living room. (Living room is pretty spacious open design)
