We are looking for a responsible, clean, and friendly individual who values respect and consideration. Our ideal roommate will commit to household chores and appreciate the furniture as if it were their own. (coasters provided)
It’s important that you’re comfortable with dogs, as we have a furry friend in the household. Due to a cat allergy, we are explicitly dog friendly and would love to meet your pup prior to confirming the arrangement. + the house does come with a doggy door that stays open! (woof)

Modern Design: Our home features a cozy, contemporary design with all modern amenities and ample natural light.
Fully furnished: The space is fully furnished with cherished furniture, and a full kitchen. Not seeking to add much more to the home. (Ideal for someone with little furniture/appliances)
Spacious Backyard: Enjoy a large backyard perfect for relaxing, gardening, or outdoor activities.
Convenient Location: Easy biking or bus access to UC Davis makes this an ideal spot for students or university employees.
Room Details:
Private Room: A cozy, private room, located on the second floor with closet space and a window. The bedroom is unfurnished.
Bathroom: The second floor bathroom is shared between two tenants. There is a downstairs half bath for guests.
Monthly Rent: $1000
Deposit: $1000
Utilities: Split among housemates (not included in rent, from $180-380 depending on time of year.)
Household supplies: Dish/handsoap & detergent (purchased from Costco, split by 3)
Renters insurance: Our landlords require renters insurance. (It is $440 per year and split by 3.)
