Hello! My name is Suzanne and I own a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury home in Davis that backs to a large open space with views of the sunrise over the Sierra Mountains in the morning!

Seeking a professional person or graduate student to share this clean, bright and super quiet home with myself and one other roomie! The fully furnished private bedroom for rent has a walk-in closet, extremely comfortable bed, luxury linens, & ceiling fan. Shared full bath and extra half bath. Bi-weekly housecleaning/landscaping and all utilities included. High speed Internet. and access to several streaming services.

There is a total of 2679 sq. ft. of living space and you will enjoy full access to all areas of the home: Kitchen, dining room, living room and separate den/office. Hardwood & tile flooring throughout. Central heat and air with ceiling fans in all rooms.

Well established safe neighborhood close to greenbelts and parks with plenty of street parking. Lots of space to enjoy and close to outdoor activities such as hiking and walking/biking trails. 1.5 hours to San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean, 2 hours to South Lake Tahoe. So much to do and very easy access to bus lines, shopping and freeways makes this home ideal for those working professionals in Davis, Dixon, Woodland, Sacramento, Vacaville and Fairfield.

I am a semi-retired Clinical Ayurveda Practitioner (holistic medicine) and Esthetician who is respectful, relaxed, kind, caring, compassionate, quiet and all around easy to get along with. 2 dogs live here, so our ideal roomie must love animals! No other pets accepted.
