I am hoping to find someone to take over my lease (ends late August). Single bedroom with a private restroom in a 2 bed/2 bath unit at The Trees (corner of Lake and Russell). Kitchen/living room shared with an easygoing male (open to co-ed) senior double majoring in biochem and stats. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The complex also offers a study room with printers, a game room, a pool/hot tub, and a gym. The room is unfurnished, but I am willing to leave my furniture there for the duration of the lease. There is a bus stop across the street that services the D and K lines, which take you to the silo and MU. Rent is $1,297.50 a month (plus varying utilities, pretty cheap).
