We are looking for a new housemate to take over the current tenant’s lease immediately, starting January. This is a single room in a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment in South Davis.

We are about a 15 minute bus ride and 10 minute bike ride from campus and even shorter distance from downtown. The bus stop is super close to the apartment, M and W lines that go to campus every 20/30 minutes on weekdays. Local shopping center is a 5 minute walk away.

Rent is $1105 + utilities for a single, but open to making it a double if needed.

We are all undergraduates at the moment but anyone is welcome! There is a desk in the room currently which can be kept if desired.
