Safeway is right across the street, and Grocery Outlet, Target, & downtown Davis are all within a 10 minute bike ride. Parking is free and ample around the complex.

The roommate is a female grad student who spends most of her time outside of the apartment. She is seeking another quiet, clean female. No smoking and no pets.

Lease ends on August 31, 2026 with an option to renew and is currently $1325/month. I am willing to contribute $525 monthly to the base rent so you would pay only $800/month. Utilities are ~$110/month (PGE, sewage, trash, water), and wifi is ~$35/month.

Move in available starting January 4, 2026.
