I am looking for a roommate in West Davis for the following lease term: 10/1/25 – 8/31/26. Rent is $1,000 per month and the deposit is $500. This is for a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1bath apartment, and I am only looking for 1 tenant. The bedroom is 130 sq. ft. with closet, and can fit up to a king-sized bed plus a dresser/desk. Fully furnished living room and kitchen, and pet-safe patio. Amenities include: on-site laundry, pool, fitness center, community game room with foosball and pool tables, and free parking. I have cats, and pets are negotiable. Optional move in between now and October for a prorated rent amount, so you can move in early! Looking to fill ASAP.
