One bedroom is open for move-in any time (with a two-week minimum heads-up), and the other two are available on September 1st. It’s a Sept 1st 2025 to August 31st 2026 lease (that can be renewed!)
It's a 5 bed 2 bath house in East Davis with a backyard and two friendly, low allergen cats. You will have your own well-lit room with a closet, a window, and wood flooring.
We’re both part of the LGBTQ+ community- looking for someone who’s chill and cares about keeping shared spaces clean.
Rent is going to be $940 a month plus utilities. This is $4,700 split between five people.
Includes: Washer, dryer, dish washer, AC, street parking, and shared wi-fi. We are a 22 minute drive from Sacramento City College, a 23 minute drive from California State University, and a 7 minute drive from UC Davis. Preferably no pets, unless they're small (hamsters, fish, etc.) This is because we already have two cats in the house. We also have a rule against smoking on the property.
