Seeking a full-time employed roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo in a newly built community in historic downtown Oxnard. Tree-lined street is quiet and within walking-distance of a park. Cafes and grocery stores a short drive away. Room is furnished and condo has in-unit laundry, new appliances.
Roommate will have access to their own bathroom (accessible to visiting guests) in the common area of the condo. Rental room is easily accessed by the front door, with bathroom right next to it. Full kitchen and living room privileges. Frequent overnight guests will incur a fee. When inquiring about a visit, please include a description of yourself.
Current roommate is employed full time and travels often for work.
5 minute drive away: grocery stores, 101 freeway. 10 minute drive to Port Hueneme Navy base. 15 minute drive to the beach. Street parking is not competitive.
Owner pays electricity. Other utilities are split.
