You would have sole occupancy of the condo but would not have access to one room, one bathroom and part of the garage where items are still being stored. There is street parking and this condo has walk-up entry. There are a washer and dryer, in the unit's garage.
There is a community pool and jacuzzi. The condo is within walking distance (3 blocks) of many stores and restaurants, and there are many paths to walk around the neighborhood and lake.

No smoking, vaping or drug use.
