550 feet from the beach: you can sometimes hear the ocean while you sleep! Large 4 bedroom house with hot tub and small garden with fountain and trees, hot outdoor shower for rinsing off after you walk from the beach. The upstairs room and bathroom rent 1500 $ (and has a small ocean view). You will share the house with two other nice people. The room is already furnished but you can bring a Queen mattress if you would like. Parking in driveway. Large kitchen with top of the line Viking Fridge, Wolf gas stove. Pay 33% of utilities , assuming 3 people live in the house.

Utilities: From March to July 2026 with three people living in the house, the utilities cost averaged 201$ per tenant per month for utilities.

I am the owner and am friendly and like to cook. I am a physician. I may be travelling out town for about two weeks out of every month. Please be respectful and quiet. No smoking/vaping, illicit drugs or dogs/cats. Quiet time after 10pm.
The upstairs room is 14.3 feet x 15.5 feet. 10 foot high vaulted ceiling. Area of entire house is 2181 square feet.
