Room in house, quiet neighborhood (Ventura)

Room in a quiet neighborhood in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. Near Ventura City College & a few miles to Ventura beaches. Three peeps (couple + housemate) live here. A few benefits of this place: we are easy to talk to. Good communication skills:). Housemate issues you may have had elsewhere are blissfully absent. No TV in the living room :). Quiet. We like living with people who are quiet, caring and responsible.

What you'll need to join us: a steady income, willingness to sign a 1-Year Lease, single occupancy, no smoking, no frequent overnight guests, no substance use issues in the past 5 years, no pets.

You'll have full kitchen and laundry access.
Utilities $150/month: gas, electric, trash, water, plus 1000 mbps internet (fast!)
