A 16' x 11' spare room is available in my 3-bedroom duplex in Ventura. This is a back unit with access to a shared yard, kitchen, and living room. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one current roommate.
Rent is $1,200 per month, with a one-time security deposit of $1,200. Utilities ARE included.
