Room for rent

I'm renting a room in a freshly renovated condominium, in Ventura. Only single individuals are accepted. The bathroom is shared with another female. Tenants will have full access to the kitchen and living room.

Currently, two females share the condo with me. I seek a clean, responsible, and respectful individual to rent one of the rooms.

No drugs or alcohol permitted. The rent amount includes water, gas, and electricity.

Upgrades include new Regal Heights luxury plank floors, fresh paint, new quartz countertops, new sinks, garbage disposal, faucets, and new toilets. New Samsung appliances include a refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Recessed lights brightly illuminate the living areas, hallway, and primary bedroom suite. Newer exterior windows and cabinetry. All four bedrooms have mirrored closet doors. A charming, enclosed patio opens off of the living room. The unit looks onto the large grass area of the quad and is near the community tennis courts and clubhouse.
