FINE PRINT: This is a respectful oasis and sanctuary to relax at the end of the day! My fiancé and I live on the top floor and you will share the bottom floor with one other tenant who has their own two rooms and one bath. (Bottom floor layout is 4 bedrooms 2 bath separated by the community room and kitchenette) More info on us below!

Utilities are flat rate $150 for super fast WiFi, electricity, gas, water, trash, weekly pool maintenance (Thurs) and gardeners (Fri).

This will be a month to month arrangement. Rooms will be unfurnished. First month’s rent and $1000 security deposit required to move in. $40 Background Check will be required but can be deducted from first month’s rent if you move in. Minimum/maximum stay is flexible and can be discussed, but we prefer 9+ months.
