Conveniently located down the street from Cal Lutheran University, (literally) across the street from Sunset Hills Golf Course with many parks and hiking trails nearby. Close to Simi Valley, Moorpark, and the Norwegian Grade leading to Santa Rosa Valley / Camarillo.

FINE PRINT: This will be a month to month arrangement. This is a respectful oasis and sanctuary to relax at the end of the day! My fiancé and I live on the top floor and you will share the bottom floor (4 bedrooms 2 bath separated by the community room and kitchenette) with one other tenant who has their own rooms. Utilities are flat rate $150 for super fast WiFi, electricity, gas, water, trash, weekly pool maintenance (Thurs) and gardeners (Fri).

First month’s rent and $1000 security deposit required to move in. Non-refundable $40 Background Check will be required. Minimum/maximum stay is flexible and can be discussed, but we prefer 9+ months.

My fiancé and I are both hardworking creative business owners in our 30s with no kids. We both make sure to be mindful upstairs housemates and respect everyone’s peace and privacy! We are LGBTQ+ friendly :)
