Room with private bathroom in Thousand Oaks

Roommate wanted for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Arrive Thousand Oaks. My current roommate is moving to LA to be closer to family but I would like to stay. You would have your own room and bedroom. The apartment is pretty spacious and has high ceilings, and an updated kitchen. I've been here two years and the community is nice, pretty quiet, and well-located. We're close to the freeway and to shops, and walking distance from restaurants and bars. The pool/spa and gym are on the smaller side but very nice. Current rent is about $1750/person, but the complex offers new tenant discounts and is willing to negotiate, so we might be able to get a better deal. This would be a new lease with your name on it, not a sublease, with a move-in date of August 1.

I'm 41F, I work in town in accounting. I don't drink or smoke but don't mind if you do. I have a very friendly cat who loves people, but is scared of dogs and only so-so with other cats. I'd prefer a female roommate, but I won't die on that hill. I can take pictures if wanted, and can set up a time to meet and/or take a look at the unit too.
