Room for rent in a spacious, 2200 sqft, 3-story townhome. Room can be rented unfurnished or furnished with private, en-suite (attached) full bathroom with tub and shower. Room also has its own walk-in closet for plenty of storage. There is also a keyed lock on the door to this room and closet door for peace-of-mind and added security. This room gets a lot of natural light and has the best views of the mountains out the window. Room also has its own private balcony - perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a morning coffee! (FYI on the pictures of the room - it’s currently used as a home office but will be either replaced with a bedroom set (or removed completely for an unfurnished renter). Flexible options for length of stay (short-term and mid-term ok).

Townhome has two other individuals: myself and one other woman on the first floor.

Renter’s insurance is required (with a minimum of $300k liability coverage). You can call around for quotes but this typically costs roughly $12-$15/mo
