We are looking for someone similar to us - a mature, responsible adult who has good credit, is very clean, respectful, honorable, and who's sober/has no addictions of any kind, and who can get along well with us.

A pretty, cute, completely furnished room for one female, including your own private balcony and large closet is available for a colleague who is also a fellow college-degreed, salaried, full-time, employed outside-the-home business professional with a car. If you work from home, this rental is not amenable.

The former model home is located near safe, beautiful, and vibrant downtown Thousand Oaks in a newer, quiet, upscale townhouse complex of other professionals.🌙🏡🌴🏠🌳´

The lease includes hi-speed internet, a laundry room inside the house near the room, use of a vacuum if you want, and of course, full house privileges.
Only lite meal prep and kitchen use.
$50 toward utilities: gas, electricity, water, internet, trash, housecleaning, gardener, etc.

A compatible housemate is someone who is always rent-punctual, mature, responsible and honest; and knows how to keep the bathroom and kitchen clean after use because we keep our place neat, clean, organized, and tidy for everyone to enjoy✨.
This household supports and works well for someone focused on a goal of ascending in their career.
We want our roomie to feel at home, relaxed, and to feel free and comfortable enough to be open, honest and communicative if they’re bothered, worried, or concerned about anything (instead of playing passive-aggressive games and making the vibe weird, Lol🐶). 🤝

The lease requires the conventional 30-day move-out notice and a $100 security/cleaning deposit.
