I am renting a room in my beautiful very large 4 bdrm home with huge bonus room large backyard with grass belt and sparkling pool & spa BBQ center and basketball court. Very large gourmet kitchen. Full house privileges. The bedroom available has its own private in suite full bathroom attached. Fully furnished bedroom and move in ready. Plenty of parking and in a very nice & safe neighborhood. I'm a 68 yr old male living with my 21 yr old son we both work full time and enjoy an active lifestyle. Looking for a reliable and friendly roommate. Please no drugs or smoking This would be a house share situation not just a room rental. Must have verified income, decent credit and good references. Background check required
