Private unfurnished bedroom available starting in September in a quiet 3-bedroom home in West Simi Valley.

The room is approximately 12’7” x 11’5”, has a large closet, and includes a wall-mounted TV with Roku (happy to remove it if you have your own TV). You’ll share a bathroom with one male housemate.

Rent is about $950/month, depending on monthly utility costs. A $950 security deposit is required. All household expenses (electricity, water, gas, trash, internet, etc.) are split evenly among all adult occupants. Single occupancy is preferred, but couples will be considered.

You’ll be sharing the home with three working adults (a married couple and one single male) and two friendly dogs. The home has a full kitchen, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer space, and backyard space if you’d like to bring your own outdoor storage shed or storage box. No garage storage is available.

We’re looking for someone with reliable income who is clean, respectful, pays rent on time, and is looking for a long-term, peaceful place to live. This is a quiet, drama-free household where everyone respects each other’s space and cleans up after themselves.

No children or pets. Smoking and cannabis are welcome outside only.
