2 Bedroom 1 Bath - Roommate Wanted

Me and my boyfriend are renting out our large bedroom with 2 connected bonus rooms with a private entrance in the back. It's nicely divided from the rest of the house so you can have your privacy with washer and dryer hook ups. (Welcome to use our washer and dryer if you do not have your own). Bathroom is separated from your rooms, and may be shared but only with guests. So it will mainly be your own, we do have our own bathroom in our bedroom, and rarely have guests. Kitchen access with dishwasher, refrigerator, and abundant space. Garage access can be arranged as well. There's also a large backyard and separate driveway, and lots of room for parking. Mechanics are very welcome. We do have pets; a cat, a dog, and some reptiles. The cat and dog are very friendly and we will keep them out of your space. We do ask for no kids due to our dog, he doesn’t have much experience with them and we do not want to risk anything. Rent would include utilities: internet, water, gas, and electricity. We are looking to rent out to either a single person or a couple. We are looking for people who are responsible, respectful, organized, and quiet.
