I currently live alone and am looking for a responsible roommate to occupy the remaining rooms. Ideal candidates are reliable, maintain cleanliness, do not use drugs or smoke indoors, and have a steady job. I value a peaceful, respectful living environment and expect the same from anyone living here. A background check will be required. Rent is due on the first of each month, with a $25 daily late fee applied after that. One parking spot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is also ample street parking.
