Replacement renter needed ASAP!

I recently moved out and my old room is available. The room is 11x12.5 and the bathroom is across the hall. The room has a good sized closet and is up stairs in the building at the top of the stairs. You have living room access - we used to watch TV and do karaoke together - and u get a parking spot, full use of the kitchen, pantry space, and even use of the washer/dryer on the balcony. Utilities are included and you r 2 minutes from the freeway, stores, and gas. No males and no sleepovers in the bedroom. No smoking allowed on the property and no drugs allowed inside. LIGHT alcohol use is ok. The tenants are a Mother and Daughter. They would prefer an older female (50+) and must be responsible for paying the rent on time. Zelle is accepted.
