We have a private bedroom available in our home, available now.

The bedroom is a comfortable size with wood floors, shutters, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. It is unfurnished, allowing you to make the space your own. The bathroom is located directly outside the bedroom and includes its own sink and cabinet area, with a separate shower and toilet room.

Rent is $950 per month with a $1,000 security deposit. The lease is month-to-month.

• Light laundry privileges
• Water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and trash service
• Twice a month cleaning of the bathroom by our house cleaner (optional room cleaning available for an additional fee)

Our home is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood with easy access to the 118 and 23 freeways. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, hiking trails, and shopping. We have lived in our home for 25 years and take pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment.

House guidelines:

• No pets

We both work from home and need a quiet environment during business hours for conference calls and virtual meetings. We are seeking a renter who works outside the home during the day (full-time employment or full-time student preferred), and who is responsible, respectful, clean, and quiet.
