🌼 Cozy Room Available in East Simi Valley – Female Only 🌼

Hi there! We’re offering a lovely bedroom in our cozy East Simi home. The room comes with a shared bathroom and option to keep all furnishings as pictured. Rent is $1200/month which includes all utilities as well.

You’ll have full access to our kitchen, laundry area, family room, sunroom, and even the pool!

We also have a cleaning service that comes twice a month, so the house stays fresh and tidy. It’s clean, decorated, and feels like home.

A little about us: I’m a mom (professional) and her 23-year-old daughter (also a working professional). We share our space with two sweet, well-behaved dogs who love people. 🐶🐶 While we adore animals, we unfortunately can’t welcome any more pets.

We’re looking for a kind, responsible, and clean female roommate who would be a good fit for our home’s peaceful and respectful vibe. You’ll need to be approved through our property management company, and good credit and income are required. Move-in date is flexible—let’s chat if you need something sooner!
