Medium sized room for rent including private bath

I have a medium sized room (approx 170 sqft) that includes 1 wall length closet and a second smaller closet w/private bath.
Asking 900/Month rent on mtm basis + split of electric bill - but only for any amount that exceeds $150. My current bill averages $135. All other utilities including high speed WiFi are included in rent. In addition you will have a covered parking spot close to the unit.

The apartment complex is completely gated and secured. There are two pools, jacuzzi and an onsite gym. Property is well maintained and looks great. It's also pretty quite during the week. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Overnight guests are fine with limits of course. I will consider a couple but would prefer a single person.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and there is a washer and dryer unit inside.

I work remote and my desk is set up in the living area. If you work remote as well or tend to be home during the day then let's discuss it to make sure we are both comfortable.

As for me I am a 50 y/o male professional. I work in sales and enjoy what I do. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself. I'm pretty friendly as well and easy to get along with but I totally feel comfortable with both introverts and extroverts. I'm pretty accepting of other people's culture, beliefs and lifestyle as long as you are respectful of others and just don't be mean or rude then we're good. Okay you can be little rude but not mean. Well you can be a little mean if you haven't had coffee or you're hungry but that's it.

No pets generally but if you are a super cool person I may be convinced to allow a cat.

I was using the room for storage so don't have any pictures yet. Still clearing the room out but I put up a floor plan though so you have an idea. I marked the open room with a star and my work area is highlighted in yellow.

Room should be cleaned up and ready to go by 2/21. No furnishings though there is a queen sized platform bed frame in there. Just need a mattress or I can take it apart and put it in storage.
