Medium sized room for rent including private bath

My desk is where the dining table would normally be.

I have a medium sized room (approx 170 sqft) that includes 1 wall length closet and a second smaller closet w/private bath. (Photos are taken right after last roommate moved out. Carpets will be shampooed and detail cleaning before moving date)

Asking 1,000/Month rent on mtm basis + 50%split of electric bill. Electric bill averages $150 depending on usage and time of year. All other utilities including high speed WiFi are included in the rent. Room is unfurnished except queen-size bed frame and some small furniture pieces. Use of in unit washer and dryer included. Kitchen privileges possible if needed.

Living room is also my workspace for home office from 8am-5pm though half the time I tend to work in my room. It has a large flat screen TV with Netflix, hulu, Amazon prime video and other streaming services. Privileges to use the space after 5pm and during the weekends available. Includes use of one parking space.

The apartment complex is completely gated and secured. There are two pools with a hot tub, BBQ area and an onsite gym. Property is well maintained. It's also pretty quiet during the week. Residents are mix of families and singles/couples. Mostly families. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. I am open to you having an overnight guest with some basic rules in place. I will consider a couple/roommates/partners for an additional $200 but would prefer a single person.

No pets

As for me I am a 51 y/o male professional. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself. When I'm not working I'm usually in my room. I'm generally a friendly person though I lean towards introvert more than extrovert.

Ideal person works full time with a stable job/career. Generally quiet. Respectful of others. Responsible. Good communication. Trustworthy. Neat and clean. If you smoke take it outside. No hard drugs, parties or illegal activities.
