Available NOW. Total space here is about 1,800 sq ft w/ 4 bedroom + 3 Full bath in this 2004 townhome. THere's a Dresser and a Queen size Bed included IF you need them. With that much 1,800 sq ft we're not in each other's space. We have Gated entry into this Sycamore Shade community which adds to some security & feel safe walking around the streets as many people do. Also, a pool & nice spa is here and it's short walk over w/ a drink in hand to relax in hot tub. Some other aspects of our place:

The location of this townhome is in the Sycamore Shade community @ Sycamore Dr. & Alamo St. next to the 118 fwy.
And the community has plenty of open space, it's gated, feels comfortable walking around at night and go to the pool and the spa any time, they're always hot and clean. You can walk or bike to Sprouts, Ross, all banks, CVS, Target, Chick-Fil-a fast food, restaurants, Ross, Vietnamese, 2 gyms, etc... all very close.

- Second floor has a open Loft which has a large TV, couch to get away from other downstairs activities & noises.
- Utilities are ALL included - unlike most places.
- No pets, in general, sorry.
- No indoor smoking for the most part.
- Private Full-Bath is next to your room - all is in very good condition is yours.
- Share common areas, complete kitchen to do whatever you want, loft, couches, chairs, living room, wi-fi internet all included, washer & dryer, ironing board 'n iron, etc.
- Security Deposit: $500 includes remote control for vehicle entry gate.
