Renting out 1 ensuite room with private bath and walk-in closet in my 2 comfortable bedroom, well maintained townhome. Rent is $1600 utilities included. Preferably female. Living room, Dining, and kitchen privileges. House RULES are simple, clean up after yourself especially use of kitchen & appliances., & bathrooms. No leftovers/fast foods in the room left for days. Washer/Dryer use, once per week and NO COMFORTERS and HEAVY BLANKETS. Noise keep it to minimum after 11pm. No family/friends overnight stay unless it’s urgent we can discuss about it. If you do smoke please do so outside. Room is upstairs and is available Apr 30th, 2026. The room is currently Furnished with sleeper sofa(will remove before move-in), tables, lamps and wall decor, and other essentials , making it move-in ready However, I am flexible, if you prefer to use your own bedroom furnitures, we can discuss removing the existing items. The space features freshly painted walls and newly installed carpet, giving it clean updated feel. Ideal for someone looking for a cozy living space.
