Renting out 1 ensuite room with private bath and walk-in closet in my 2 bedroom townhome. Rent is $1400 utilities included. Preferably female. Living room, Dining, and kitchen privileges. House RULES are simple, clean up after yourself especially use of kitchen & appliances., & bathrooms. No leftovers/fast foods in the room left for days. Washer/Dryer use, once per week and NO COMFORTERS and HEAVY BLANKETS. Noise keep it to minimum after 11pm. No family/friends overnight stay unless it’s urgent we can discuss about it.
