I have created a very large room in my home located in Simi Valley on the west side. For traveling nurses, short term or longer term stays. The room has a nice small closet. And a queen size bed. The room is furnished, . It will be ready around August 1, 2025. It has hardwood floors extremely large high ceilings. A huge chandelier, queen bed, refrigerator, and microwave, kuerg, and full AC unit. Private entrance. it used to be a living room so it’s a nice spacious retreat. I It has hardwood floors throughout . It does have a large television. Electric heater.

It’s a very quiet house with mostly all girls, All working or going to school, would consider a pet if I had to, but I would prefer not. Usually the house is very empty. We do have a living room, and a very large chef’s kitchen. You will have your own refrigerator and storage for dried goods. There is parking out front and I have a security gate with a gate code, it’s a safe area. It’s on a cul-de-sac, it’s close to Tapo Street and Alamo. Walking distance to Vons and CVS and Taco Bell. Starbucks. We have Wi-Fi , washing machine and dryer on the premises. Everyone is very nice and chill, but they pretty much stay to themselves. You are welcome to be as social or as private as you like. I use this room for air b and b as well. We have a large swimming pool, game room with pool table, air hockey table and barbecue area and fire pits. It’s a fun place in the summertime and when it’s lit up at night, it’s very majestic! friendly, cigs and cigars smoked outside on covered gazebo or patio.
This is a short term rental, but you could stay as long as you like. updated pictures to come.
