The closet has mirrored sliding doors and built-ins, there is a computer or make up vanity desk with storage, built in, it’s a custom home so the bedrooms are very large and spacious. It has a big window for lots of light, and air, and a ceiling fan and your own air conditioner is provided and heater. It’s a very quiet house with all girls, looking for the same. All working or going to school, would consider a pet if I had to, but I would prefer not. Usually the house is very empty. We do have a living room, and a very large chef’s kitchen. You will have your own refrigerator and storage for dried goods. There is parking out front and I have a security gate with a gate code, it’s a safe area. It’s on a cul-de-sac, it’s close to Tapo Street and Alamo. Walking distance to Vons and CVS and Taco Bell. Looking for a responsible working female to move in April 7 all utilities are included. We have Wi-Fi washing machine and dryer on the premises. Everyone is very nice and chill, but they pretty much stay to themselves. You are welcome to be as social or as private as you like, we allow guests. We have a large swimming pool and barbecue area and fire pits. It’s a fun place in the summertime and when it’s lit up at night, it’s very majestic, we allow guests from time to time which you are responsible for and we are looking to find a young girl in her 20s And up to 40 years old.
