Hi! Im renting the upstairs primary bedroom w/private en suite bath in my 2 bedroom condo. Looking for a professional individual (no couples, families, children please) to share, with full access to kitchen, dining and living areas along with some storage space in the garage. Hardwood floors throughout and just made some recent minor privacy and aesthetic upgrades. Beautiful, quiet complex and amenities include a pool and 4 jacuzzi's. Close to Oxnard Shores, Hollywood, and Silverstrand beaches. Very close to the military base, the Channel Islands Harbor, dispensaries, shopping center.
I am an AutoCAD Interior Designer drafter by trade and work from home. I would prefer the right roommate work away from home, but I am willing to make an exception if we are a great fit.
I have a small 15 year old bichon frise/poodle named Jane who goes everywhere with me. So you have to be dog friendly. If you think we'd vibe, reach out! Cheers!
